Promotional Period: January 19, 2012 – February 29, 2012

Visitors to Columbia Center who check-in on Foursquare will receive a complimentary sample of the latest amenity being offered to patients: Otis Spunkmeyer cookies.

To redeem the sample, guests must show a Columbia Center staff member their check-in confirmation or unlocked special offer on their mobile device.

Guests may also enter to win by following @ColumbiaCenter on Twitter, liking Columbia Center on Facebook, or answering trivia questions about Mom e-news on either Twitter or Facebook.

Columbia Center cookies are baked onsite every other day for patients and their families. Warm cinnamon rolls will be provided fresh from the oven Sunday mornings and on holidays. By taking advantage of the Sweet Moments sample cookie offer (the “Promotion”), you agree to these terms and conditions.

This promotion is open only to persons who are at least 18 years of age and presently residing in southeastern Wisconsin.

Promotional Period: 9 a.m., January 19, 2012 – 10 p.m., February 29, 2012

Only new followers of Columbia Center on Twitter and persons who “like” Columbia Center’s Facebook page during the Promotional Period are eligible to win in the daily drawings. Daily drawing winners will be notified via direct message on Twitter or Facebook email. To claim their prize, winners must provide Columbia Center, by Twitter direct message or return Facebook email, their full name and address within southeastern Wisconsin where the sample is to be sent.

Columbia Center may also publish names of winners on columbiacenter.org and in the Mom e-news email newsletter.

Only visitors who show a valid Foursquare check-in are eligible to win instantly.

The prize of sample cookies cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value.

Columbia Center reserves the right to cancel this Promotion (i) refuse to allow any person to participate in the Promotion (ii) verify the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process and (iii) amend these terms and conditions with a reasonable effort to notify visitors of the change.
