Inquiries About Patients

Our primary concern is safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of our patients' health information. Columbia Center will not grant access to a patient or release any information about a patient to members of the media unless the patient, or a legal guardian if under age 18, has signed a Columbia Center Media Release Form authorizing such access and release.

Members of the media must have Columbia Center's express permission for entering patient care areas. Please make these permission requests through the press contact.
