Columbia Center is based in Mequon, Wisconsin, in the United States of America. It makes no claims that the Site Content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Your use of this Site, and these Terms of Use, shall be goverened and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, except for its laws regarding conflicts of laws. Any claim, suit or action you initiate arising out of the use of the Site must be venued in the circuit court for Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever: Limitation of Liability, User Agreements, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and Complete Agreement.



USERS’ AGREEMENTS.

USERS’ REPRESENTATION.

Columbia Center reserves the right (but is not obligated) to do any or all of the following:

1.	Remove communications that are abusive, illegal or disruptive, or that otherwise fail to conform with these Terms and Conditions.
2.	Terminate a user's access to the blog feature or the Site upon any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3.	Edit or delete any communications posted on the blog feature, regardless of whether such communications violate these standards.

Finally, you agree that you will indemnify Columbia Center against any damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of a claim by a third party relating to any material you have posted.
