• Take I-43 South.
• Take Exit 89 and turn right, going west on Pioneer Rd./County Rd. C.
• At the first traffic light, turn left on N. Port Washington Rd.
• Continue south approximately 1.5 miles.
• Turn right at the first (northernmost) entrance to Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee Campus.
• Follow the signs to Columbia Center's entrance.

From the West

• Take Hwy 167/Mequon Rd. east.
• Turn left onto N. Port Washington Rd.
• Continue north approximately 2.5 miles.
• Turn left at the third (northernmost) entrance to Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee Campus.
• Follow the signs to Columbia Center's entrance.

From the South

• Take I-43 north.
• Take Exit 85 Hwy 167/Mequon Rd.
• Turn left onto Hwy 167/Mequon Rd. west.
• Turn right onto N. Port Washington Rd.
