Childbirth and Early Parenting (six class series on Wednesdays)

Your baby's birthday is a day you will always remember. The Childbirth and Early Parenting Series covers six broad topics that comprehensively address everything parents would want to know about pregnancy, labor, birth, and early parenting.

Parents take the complete series as either a six-class weeknight evening option or a two class Saturday option. The series is ideally attended during the last trimester of your pregnancy. The cost for either series is $75 (a savings of $25 over enrolling separately in all six classes).

Parents seeking to learn about selected topics also have the option to enroll in the individual classes on each of the six Childbirth and Early Parenting Series topics. The individual topic classes are:

  • Understanding Birth -- $25
  • Comfort Measures for Labor, Birth and Early Parenting -- $15
  • Epidurals and More -- $15
  • Beyond the Basics -- $15
  • "After Birth" Class -- $15
  • Amazing Newborn and Baby Care -- $15

Please bring two pillows to the Childbirth and Early Parenting Series. The series also includes a tour of Columbia Center.
