Attended during the pregnancy, this class will help you decide if breastfeeding is right for you and will give you information to get you off to a good start with continued success as you breastfeed. We will discuss the joys of breastfeeding as well as preventing problems and will help you prepare for returning to an active lifestyle while you continue to breastfeed. We encourage fathers, grandparents, and friends to attend.
