You’ll make many decisions as you prepare for the arrival of your baby. Sometimes knowing what to decide isn’t easy. Our classes will help you and your family understand the remarkable changes that occur during your pregnancy, birth and beyond. Classes will also inform you of the many choices available in making your baby’s arrival the personal experience you hope for.

We want you to feel comfortable when you and your baby go home. We offer a wealth of newborn care, parenting and sibling information. Getting together with other new parents is also helpful when caring for a new baby. Our parenting and breastfeeding support groups are designed to help you learn from one another as you share the experiences of parenthood. Certified childbirth educators or Columbia Center nurses teach all our classes.
