Columbia Center is an independent hospital located on the Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee campus in Mequon. At Columbia Center, every new mother is looked upon as an individual with her own needs and desires regarding childbirth.

Columbia Center creates the opportunity for women to design the birth experience they want. You will select your choice from a variety of professional, pampering options, such as doula care, therapeutic showers, a hydrotherapy tub for labor, birthing balls and a wide range of pain management options, including the use of epidurals.

The Columbia Center facility provides a calm, relaxing, comforting atmosphere, with spacious birthing suites, cesarean birth suites. Should your baby require extra care, our nursery is staffed and equipped to care for the term and near-term infant with special needs. Neonatologists are on call 24-hours a day.

Before your Columbia Center stay ends, we work with you to help you make a smooth transition to home for you and your newborn. Our nurses will teach you about newborn care and answer your questions to help you feel confident and ready to return home.
